I specialize in bankruptcy and recovery law, commercial law and litigious civil law.

I have worked for Wardyński & Partners law firm since 2007. Actually, I work as a legal trainee in the Insolvency and Restructuring Practice, which is recognized as a leader in the area of insolvency and restructuring law within the Law Firm Ranking 2010, organized by the Polish daily newspeaper Rzeczpospolita.

My work includes providing legal support to other team members, ie preparation of opinions for clients and due diligence reports, drafts of commercial contracts, pleadings and other documents within the insolvency and restructuring practice group. In addition, I am the group administrator of library of precedents and legal documentation templates.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University (2008) and of the Socrates-Erasmus Programme at Cardiff Law School, Great Britain (2006-2007), where I graduated with a Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Studies. I am currently preparing a Ph.D. thesis on litigious civil law.

I was a member of the External Experts Team of the National Programme Foresight Poland 2020, coordinated by the Institute of Fundamental Technological Research at the Polish Academy of Sciences, Institute of Economics at the Polish Academy of Sciences and Pentor Research International (2008).

I won a special prize in the first competition organized by Wardyński & Partners for the best Legal Documentation Templates (2008).

I am the conference speaker, author and co-author of articles and publications relating to bankruptcy law, including cross-border aspects, and recovery law. I work as a volunteer and I am a member of Polish non-government organizations. See more...
